• External mechanical effects (dropped objects) 

*Civil liability to third parties (neighbors) + 10,000 tenge. 
**The cost of real estate can be from 500,000 tenge to 100,000,000 tenge. In case of loss of the insured property, the payment amount will be the amount of the property at the time of conclusion of an agreement.
