Conditions for participation in the Grand Prize drawing:

• Purchase at least one "VIP" and/or "Standard CASCO" and/or "Collect a policy" insurance policy during the campaign period
• Your insurance policy will be automatically included in the list of participants in the drawing

You can get a policy through the Halyk app on the company's website or at any branch of “Halyk” Insurance Company” JSC.

One completed CASCO policy = one chance to participate in the drawing.

To participate in the drawing of additional prizes:

• It is  necessary to have a valid Halyk CASCO policy at the time of the drawing

Only an individual who is an Insured may participate in the drawing of all prizes in accordance with a CASCO VIP insurance policy and/or CASCO Standard in effect at the time of the drawing.

Conducting drawings

The drawings will be conducted in a live broadcast on the official page of “Halyk” Insurance Company” JSC on Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/halyk.sk/. The winners will be determined using a random number generator service in the presence of a commission formed by the Insurance Company based on the insurance policy number.

The Insurance Company has the right to make changes to the terms of the drawing at any stage of the drawing unilaterally. Notices of all changes will be published on the official website of the Insurance Company: skhalyk.kz

“Halyk” Insurance Company” JSC reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time or change the terms of this offer unilaterally in the event of force majeure.

Organization of drawings and awarding of prizes

Obtaining the prize:

Winners can pick up their prize at the nearest branch of “Halyk” IC” JSC at their place of residence, with the exception of the main prize.

Awarding format:

The prize is awarded to the winner by the branch director after confirmation of the winner's identity and signing of the acceptance and delivery certificates, as well as consent to photo and video filming of the winner. Photos and videos taken during the prize awarding may be used by the Insurance Company for posting on social networks and internal reporting.

Grand Prize drawing

The final drawing will take place from December 25, 2025 to December 30, 2025 in a live broadcast format on the official pages of “Halyk” IC” JSC on Instagram and YouTube.

The following persons are not eligible to participate in the drawing:

1. Employees of “Halyk Insurance” JSC and their close relatives

2. Citizens performing work or rendering services under civil law agreements concluded with “Halyk Insurance” JSC, as well as their close relatives

3. Affiliates of “Halyk Insurance” JSC and persons connected with “Halyk” IC” JSC by special relations

4. Employees of affiliated persons of “Halyk Insurance” JSC and employees of persons connected with “Halyk Insurance” JSC by special relations

5. Citizens performing work or rendering services under civil law agreements concluded with an affiliate of “Halyk Insurance” JSC and/or a person connected with “Halyk Insurance” JSC by special relations

6. Non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan

7. Persons under 18 years of age at the time of conducting the drawing

Exceptions:

• If an Insured has several insurance policies issued during the drawing period, then all policies issued during the drawing period will participate in the drawing
• If the winner of the drawing does not get in touch within three (3) business days from the date of the drawing (he/she does not answer the phone/incorrectly indicated his/her contact details/changed his/her contact details without notifying the Insurance Company/he/she is unavailable for any other reason/he/she refuses to receive the prize), the prize will automatically go to the first alternate who is determined during the drawing. If alternate 1 is unable to receive the prize for the reasons specified above, the Insurance Company reserves the right to transfer the prize to alternate 2, who is also determined during the drawing
