How do I get a critical illness insurance contract?

During the registration process, you will need to sign the contract with an electronic digital signature through the FCB key application.

 

  1. Install the FCB key app from the AppStore for iPhone or Google Play for Android.
  2. Register in the FCB key application by clicking on the "Log in", "Register" button.
  3. On the skhalyk.kz website select the Critical Illness Insurance product in the Health category
  4. Click "Apply" and fill in all the necessary information. Do not close the page.
  5. In the FCB key application, open the "My Applications" tab or click on the QR code.
  6. Click on the application from Halyk Insurance Company JSC, read the terms and conditions and sign the application.
  7. Make a payment on the website skhalyk.kz . When buying in installments, you will be redirected to the Halyk app.
