Is it possible to return or refuse Casco Light insurance, insurance for a private house, apartment?

You can get your insurance back. Early termination of insurance and return of the remaining premium is carried out under the following circumstances: - death of the Policyholder or the Insured; - absence of property due to sale, donation, etc.; - in other cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In this case, the premium amount is returned taking into account the elapsed days and minus 25% to compensate for the Insurance Company’s expenses for conducting the case. The policyholder has the right to refuse insurance at any time. In case of early cancellation of insurance, the insurance premium is not refundable.

How is an insurance event settled under CASCO when contacting an insurance company?

It is necessary to contact the office of the insurance company with supporting documents about the insured event (traffic police report, incident diagram/court decision or other documents from the competent authorities), identification card and original/copy of the insurance contract. Write an application for an insured event, undergo a damage assessment, write an application for payment.
